Volleyball composition and technical features

A volleyball comprises 3 parts:


1- Laminate layers: PVC or PU panels bonded to the ball bladder.

2- Beading: Threading wound around the bladder with the laminate layers.

3- Bladder: Rubber bonded to the ball sides.


 

ADVICE
How to inflate a volley ball

A volleyball should be inflated to between 0.3 and 0.325 bar (4.3 to 4.7 psi).

If your ball is:
- Under-inflated: Not round, no bounce, soft.
- Over-inflated: Hugely deformed, mis-shaped, hard, unusable.
